Delivered in a box. A big box. Approx 20-30 kg. An email was sent with a link to videos of how to mount, however the S4 is not one of those links. Customer service is pretty quick on the online chat. Emailed questions are a little slower but still fast. They mentioned it takes around 30 mins to mounts. But with no instructions and guessing which parts go where, more like 3 hours. For the building most things are included, but for the smaller screws to hold the lcd display, I had to go and find a very small hex key to use. Power button is on the plus minus control, at the tip. A spare fuse, phone holder, and a small bottle of something is included. Note, this is rotation activated power assist. Which is disconcerting when not pedaling as the power disappears. I've done 9.8 km from a full battery and it appeared as less than half power was left. The controller limits the top speed, so is always at 5 (for me). Build quality looks very sturdy. Some parts need to be tightened (like the steering column) that I would have thought would be already tight. Overall, worth getting. Also note, insurers are actively not insuring fat bikes...

Het was alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik op een fiets had gezeten maar meteen voelde ik dat het goed zat, het was even wennen met de aandrijving( slaat aan op de tweede pedaalslag) maar eens je dat gewoon bent ben je vertrokken, ook handig is de gashendel(werkt alleen als je trapt), met je remmen moet je in het begin een beetje uitkijken, als je kan de eerst keren een beetje rustig remmen, heb juist mijn eerste km gereden en ik ben er heel tevreden mee.
